Designed together with partners, Systems for pipe thermal treatment is for achieving accurate thermal process parameters. The advantage of this system is controlled cooling speed rate that provides certain material properties and homogeneity of the structure, which can not be achieved by conventional methods (with gas heating, for instance). This system is perfect for for pipe thermal treatment, which are used in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.

Pipes are heated to the austenitizing temperature by induction heating, which provides better energy efficiency as compared to other heating methods.

Inductors along with power supply and control systems are arranged in three or more independent channels. Channel Management, built on mathematical models basis, achieves temperature preciseness control in the range of 10 ° C.

Rapid cooling (quenching) is carried out by managed system of multi-stage air-water spray, which provides required pipes cooling speed. The system design provides equalized cooling that ensures required uniformity of the material structure.

Main benefits:

  • capacity up to 30 t / h, a constant for all sizes
  • pipes diameter 2-62″
  • high efficiency of induction heating
  • all kinds of heat treatment
  • homogeneous microstructure and hardness of the material
  • high cooling speed
  • no need for subsequent straightening
  • low cost service facilities
  • shorter downtime for maintenance
